Ensuring the right to personal data protection is a fundamental commitment for us at Piese-Ford, therefore we will dedicate all necessary resources and efforts to process your data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"), as well as with any other applicable legislation in Romania. Collection of personal data
Piese-Ford.ro may collect personal data from you, but only with your consent and if you provide it voluntarily.
We use the collected personal data for the following purposes:
• To ensure that the web page is relevant to your needs.
• To deliver services such as newsletters or the products you have requested or purchased.
• To help us create and publish the most relevant content for you.
• To ensure access to restricted sections of the site.
Piese-Ford.ro collects information and processes it into statistical data about which pages you access within the Sites,

The online payment forms presented to you when making an eCommerce transaction on one of the web merchants websites using the Piese-Ford.ro solution must be completed with all requested and marked mandatory information, including personal data. Piese-Ford.ro does not collect data for online payments. Online payments are made through "third-party" services such as MobilPay and EuPlatesc. Personal data may be disclosed without your consent in case of disputes regarding payment fraud to the following recipients: Banks involved in online payments, International Card Organizations, and Service/Product Providers, according to the provisions of Law 677/2001, to authorized institutions.

User Rights and Obligations
The data processing operator processes personal identification data (especially name, surname, tax code, VAT number, email address, phone number - hereinafter referred to as "personal data" or simply "data") that you provided at the time of signing this information policy.
2 Purpose(s) of processing. Your personal data is processed:
A. without your express consent in accordance with art. 6 letters b), e) of GDPR 2016/679, for the following Purposes:
fulfilling obligations established by law, community legislation, a regulation, or an order of the Authority;
implementation of the contract signed by you;
3 Nature of data
Communication of your personal data mentioned in point 2 letter A is mandatory, therefore, any refusal may lead to non-execution and/or partial execution of the contract and/or termination of the relationship.
4 Method of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2 GDPR 2016/679, namely: data collection and recording, organization, storage, extraction, deletion, and destruction of data. The processing of your data will be based on principles of fairness, legality, and transparency and may also be carried out through automated means suitable for storing, managing, and transmitting them and will take place through appropriate tools, both logically and in terms of the current state of technology, to ensure security and confidentiality by using appropriate procedures to avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, misuse, and dissemination. Your personal data is subject to processing both in printed and electronic form.
5 Data retention period
The data processing operator will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and in any case for the fulfillment of the contract. After this retention period, the data will be destroyed or transformed into anonymous data.
6 Data access
Personal data processed by the data processing operator will not be disclosed or made known to undetermined subjects, in any possible form, including their availability or simple consultation. They may, however, be communicated to workers working for the data processing operator and certain persons collaborating with them. Finally, they may be communicated to persons with the right of access under legal, regulatory, and community provisions. Specifically, based on the roles and work tasks performed, some workers have the right to process personal data, within the limits of their competencies and in accordance with the instructions received from the data processing operator. Access to data and/or portability requests will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days, except for impediments and/or complexity of execution. For the release of additional copies of the processed personal data, a fee will be charged based on the administrative costs incurred.
7 Data recipients
Even without your express consent under art. 6 lit. b) - c) and art. 13 lit. e) of GDPR 679/2016, the data processing operator may communicate your data for the purposes indicated, to the Supervisory Authority, Judicial Authorities, as well as to all other subjects to whom communication is imposed by law.
8 Data transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located in the European Union of the data processing operator and/or of third-party companies appropriately appointed and designated as Data Processors. Currently, the servers are located in Romania. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that, if necessary, the data processing operator will have the right to move the server location to Romania and/or countries in the European Union and/or countries outside the EU. In this case, the data processing operator ensures from this moment that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
9 Your rights
As a data subject, you have specific legal rights related to the personal data we collect from you. Piese-Ford.ro will respect your rights and will address your requests appropriately.

Time period: We will try to fulfill your request within one month, a period that can be extended by up to two more months due to specific reasons related to the specific right invoked or the complexity of your request.
